The President of Argentinos Juniors Cristian Malaspina has confirmed that no offers have arrived from any Italian clubs for Inter target Nicolas Gonzalez and also confirmed that talks are at an advanced stage with a German club.
“We know that there is interest in him but the truth is that we have not yet received any formal proposal from any Serie A club. There are other clubs in Europe interested in him also. I can not tell you the name of one of the teams because negotiations with them are at a very advanced stage. What I can say though is that they are a top German club,” Malaspina revealed to FCInterNews.it.
It has been reported in the Italian media that Inter have the intention of working alongside another Serie A club to land the 20-year-old striker so to not use one of their non-EU player quota spots for next season.
