After having been rumored to Inter for the past three months the transfer of Matteo Politano from Sassuolo to the Nerazzurri has been concluded Sky Sport Italia transfer market Gianluca Di Marzio reports.

According to the report the player will arrive in Milano tomorrow and on Saturday afternoon he will undergo the mandatory medical examinations before putting pen to paper and signing for Inter. The parties agreed on a loan fee wet at €7 million with an option to make the transfer permanent set at €20 million.

Inter will send Danish striker Jens Odgaard in the opposite direction in a transfer worth €5 million but where the Nerazzurri have a buy-back clause set at €10 million after one season which will rise to €15 million after his second season at Sassuolo.

Tomorrow the Danish striker will arrive in Italy where he will meet with Sassuolo to discuss his personal terms with the Neroverdi as well as discuss his role at the club with coach de Zerbi. Youngster Adorante will not be included in the deal which means that the loan will cost Inter €2 million.
