Genoa President Enrico Preziosi has confirmed the transfer of youngster Eddy Salcedo to Inter and the arrival of Federico Valietti at the club as part of the deal.

“Inter will have a right of redemption for Salcedo and we will have a buy back option on him, We have signed Valietti and he will be loaned to Avellino. We really believe in this boy,” Preziosi revealed in an interview with Il Secolo XIX.

Primavera goalkeeper Andrei Radu has also joined the Grifone from Inter in the past week and his transfer, alongside Valietti’s has given Inter around €14 million in capital gains combined, an important amount toward Inter’s financial fair play target of €45 million.

Other players have been linked with the Grifone, namely Andrea Pinamonti and Eder, but Preziosi confirmed business between the clubs for this summer is done.

“At Inter there are no more players for us. Eder, would never come to Genoa for obvious reasons,” he concluded.
