The future of Italian full-back Alessandro Florenzi at Roma seems to be very much in the air according to the report by Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport.
According to the report, the Giallorossi Directors have grown tired of the constant delays and the former Crotone man’s efforts to renegotiate. Roma have offered Florenzi €3 million plus add-ons net per season whilst the player is holding firm in his request for €4 million net per season. The newspaper reports that Roma Sporting Director Monchi has decided that either he renews and extends his contract with the club by the end of the week or the player will be sold.
This is bound to be music to the ears of Inter Sporting Director Piero Ausilio who has been expressly told by Nerazzurri coach Luciano Spalletti that he wants to be reunited with his former pupil, only this time in the black and blue quarters of Milano.
