Inter are working with Giuseppe Riso in order to bring his client Sime Vrsaljko to the club according to a report from Premium Sport.

Atletico Madrid value the Croatian full back at €25 million and want an outright sale but Inter are looking to land the former Sassuolo man on a loan with redemption option basis.

Vrsaljko is among a long list of players on Inter’s shortlist for right back but this revelation would seemingly suggest that he is in fact the Nerazzurri’s preferred candidate over the likes of Chelsea’s Davide Zappacosta, Barcelona’s Aleix Vidal and Manchester United’s Matteo Darmian, who have all also come in to links with the San Siro club.

Other reports circulating in the media have suggested that the Spanish side are looking to off-load Vrsaljko and that he is in fact looking to return to Italy after his spell with the 2013/14 Spanish champions has not gone as perhaps initially planned.
