Spalletti Can Easily Change Between 4-2-3-1 & 3-4-2-1 Now

Following no less than five new arrivals at Inter already, manager Luciano Spalletti will be able to seamlessly change formations between a 4-2-3-1 and 3-4-2-1, Gazzetta dello Sport believe as they hypothesise how Inter could line-up this coming season.

Samir Handanovic will be the starting goalkeeper for another year while Stefan de Vrij and Milan Skriniar are likely to be the chosen defensive pairing for the four at the back formation with Miranda and Andrea Ranocchia providing back-up. Kwadwo Asamoah will be the starting left back with Dalbert being his deputy and for now Danilo D’Ambrosio will be the starting right back although the Milanese newspaper insist that Inter are at work in bringing in another right back.

Inter are all set in the midfield with Marcelo Brozovic, Matias Vecino, Roberto Gagliardini, Borja Valero and new signing Radja Nainggolan all capable of carrying out different roles. Ivan Perisic and Matteo Politano will be the starting duo on the wings and will have ready replacements in Antonio Candreva and Yann Karamoh behind them.

Mauro Icardi will lead the line again next season and new signing Lautaro Martinez will act as his understudy and come in in place of his compatriot when he needs a rest.
