Malcom is no longer a priority for Inter and sporting director Piero Ausilio will now direct his attention to selling off more first team players according to a report from Gazzetta dello Sport.

Inter and Bordeaux have talked to one another numerous times and despite seemingly having Malcom’s approval, the two clubs can not agree on a transfer formula. Inter want to sign him on a loan with redemption option basis whereas Bordeaux are wanting an outright sale or use the formula of loan with redemption obligation.

The Milan based newspaper do however refuse to rule out Inter returning for the 21-year-old starlet in the event that one of the four current wingers departs the club during the transfer window. With four wingers, two for each side of the pitch, that area of the team is ultimately considered complete but media reports have suggested that Antonio Candreva or Yann Karamoh could be moved on to make way for the Brazilian attacker who currently plies his trade with Bordeaux.
