Inter have five names in mind for right back but Gazzetta dello Sport insist that the Nerazzurri are in no hurry to do business with all player’s values exceeding the €20 million mark.

Inter have already made five additions to their squad ahead of the coming season but still have a few more additions to make before the season begins with a new right back and central midfielder understood to be high on their priority list.

Roma’s Alessandro Florenzi, Atletico Madrid’s Sime Vrsaljko, Barcelona’s Aleix Vidal, Manchester United’s Matteo Darmian and Chelsea’s Davide Zappacosta are believed to be the five names on sporting director’s shortlist of right back’s.

Each player has a different situation but Inter are seemingly hopeful that biding their time will result in the prices of these players coming down, even just marginally. This will almost certainly be the case for Florenzi. As contract renewal talks go on and on without any success, the closer it gets to the end of the window, the more likely his price is to drop as Roma may not wish to even give others a chance to sign him on a pre-contract if they can not get a deal done this summer.
