Inter are considering offloading midfielder Borja Valero just one summer after signing him with two La Liga clubs interested in the player, according to TuttoMercatoWeb.

Valero joined the Nerazzurri twelve months ago in a deal worth approximately €6 million, having reportedly fallen out with Fiorentina sporting director Panteleo Corvino, and made 36 appearances for Luciano Spalletti’s side during his first season in Milan, scoring two goals.

However the Spaniard fell out of favour during the second half of the campaign and is no longer considered to be untouchable by the club, who could agree to sell him should they receive a satisfactory offer this summer.

“Valero could be sacrificed by the club and already has interest from two clubs in Spain,” TuttoMercatoWeb write.

“The first is Leganes, who however have had their first offer rejected by Inter, while the second is Villarreal, a destination the player would prefer: Valero would be happy to return to the Estadio de la Ceramica [where he played during the 2011-12 season].”
