Denis Praet will only be able to arrive at Inter if they are to pay his release clause according to a report from Premium Sport.
The Nerazzurri have raised an interest in the Belgian midfielder currently plying his trade with Sampdoria and as per La Samp president Massimo Ferrero, Inter have offered Eder in return for Praet but it is not a move that interests the Stadio Luigi Ferraris side.
Premium Sport also bring an update on Rafinha. Barcelona have not received the offers they expected they would for the Brazilian midfielder. They have been holding out for offers of just above €30 million and despite plenty interest, no offers have been forthcoming. Premium Sport believe that this could lead to Inter returning for the 25-year-old -who spent the second half of last season on loan at the San Siro – and they could be open to using the loan with redemption obligation transfer formula.
