Inter like Sime Vrsaljko and the defender likes the idea of coming to play in Milan according to a report from Gazzetta dello Sport.
Atletico Madrid’s sporting director Andrea Berta is in Milan to hold talks with Inter officials over the Croatian international who they value at around €20 million. Inter are wanting to sign him on loan with a right to redemption but as things currently stand the Spanish side are not interested in dealing the former Sassuolo man with this formula.
The Milan based newspaper go on to report that Inter have meanwhile cooled their interest in Roma defender Alessandro Florenzi.
The Roma right back remains locked in contract renewal talks with the Giallorossi and Gazzetta state that if an agreement can not be found, Roma would open up to selling him for €25 million but it would remain to be seen if Inter would reignite their interest in the 27-year-old.
