Milan, Inter and the city council have spoken for months on each club’s respective futures at the city owned 80,000 seater ground in the in the San Siro district of the city. Inter have made it rather clear that they wish to remain and redevelop the stadium and bring it with modern times but their Milan counterparts are torn between remaining and helping in redeveloping efforts or leaving altogether and building a stadium of their own.

The San Siro is not the clear priority for the new owners of the Rossoneri however with it believed that stabilising the finances of the club in the short term and finding new permanent owners are being prioritised.
