Alessandro Lucci is expected to travel to London soon to resume talks with Chelsea over the possible exchange of two of his clients, Chelsea’s Davide Zappacosta and Inter’s Matias Vecino according to a report from Premium Sport.
Vecino has been linked with a summer switch to the Blues since the first rumours of Maurizio Sarri to Chelsea surfaced while Zappacosta is one of a number of players to have been shortlisted by Inter management as they look to improve the team at right back.
Premium Sport also go on to give an update on the Nerazzurri’s negotiations with Atletico Madrid over believed primary right back target Sime Vrsaljko.
The Spanish side have opened up to the idea of allowing the Croatian international, who has helped his nation get to Sunday’s World Cup final, depart on an expensive loan but are holding out for an obligation to buy deal rather than a loan with a right to redeem the 26-year-old like Inter are wanting.
