The reason behind why Inter are delaying in giving the final green light to the transfer of Arturo Vidal from Bayern Munich is due to the fact that the Nerazzurri are evaluating the possibility of signing a ‘Mister X.’ Sky Sport Italia reports.
According to the report, Inter have Arturo Vidal in the palm of their hands but before bringing him to Milano to have him undergo the mandatory medical examinations, the Nerazzurri are evaluating if there is an opportunity to sign a top player of the highest international pedigree.
Furthermore, it is reported, that this player’s credentials are of the same high level of Vidal but occupies a different midfield role or with traits that are different to the former Juventus man.
Sky Sport conclude that this is something that Inter have been aware of for days that they may have to choose between Vidal or this other midfielder, and it is not something that the club can put off until deadline day.
