Barcelona Sporting Director Ariedo Braida was interviewed by RMC Sport where he spoke about a wide variety of topics, including the future of Brazilian midfielder Rafinha who spent the second part of last season on loan at Inter and who has been rumored back to the club recently.

Braida was asked if Rafinha could return to the Serie A during this window to which he replied: “This morning I saw his father. The player is playing really well in the USA tour, he has quality and talent. This does not mean that he doesn’t stop. I dont think he will [return to Italy].”

The former AC Milan director was asked about the signing of Bayern Munich’s Chilean international midfielder Arturo Vidal: “It seems that he could spend the final part of his career with us. If there are no signatures we can skip the contracts. The transfer market is also like this. We hope to avoid any surprises.”
