The Luka Modric transfer saga continues as Spanish media outlet AS now confirm what Italian media have reported for 2 weeks: the Croatian international midfielder wants to leave the La Liga giants.

However things aren’t that clear cut as AS report that the former Spurs player is very tempted by the rich offer that Inter have presented him with. The Nerazzurri have reportedly offered Modric a 4 year contract where he would earn €10 million net per season, followed by a two year stint at Jiangsu Suning where he would earn the same amount bringing his total income to €60 million net.

This offer is very intriguing to Modric AS reports but his love for the club means that he is willing to listen to their counteroffer and should they equal Inter’s offer he would stay at the club.

In conclusion AS report that at the age of 32 Modric knows this is his last big contract and therefore he needs to think carefully before making a decision.
