Balde Keita: “I’ve Dreamed Of Playing For Inter Since I Was A Child”

Inter’s latest signing, Senegalese international winger Balde Keita, was interviewed by Inter TV after the transfer was confirmed by the Nerazzurri.

The former Lazio man was thrilled to have signed for the club saying that: “I am very happy to be here with the Inter family and I will do everything to make the fans happy.”

Keita will now be reunited with Inter captain Mauro Icardi, whom he played with in Barcelona’s youth team: “I spent a few years with Mauro in Barcelona, I’ve known him sinc ehe was a little boy and I also know coach Luciano Spalletti, he has been a great supporter of mine and he really wanted me here. I am here for him and for the project.”

In conclusion Keita outlined exactly why he decided to come to Inter: “I have returned to Italy with a will to play for a big club. I have experience from already playing here and I want to do well. I have dreamed of playing for Inter since I was a child. I know everyone here and I want to do very well. I have always liked the Inter fans, they are always nice, well-mannered and now I hope to make them happy every Sunday.”
