Senegalese winger Keita Balde spoke very briefly with Italian TV Channel Sky Sport Italia upon his arrival in Milano a short while ago.

The former Lazio player was asked how he feels about the transfer to which he replied: “I am very happy. Let us hope that everything goes well, tomorrow I will talk much more. Spalletti was very important for my arrival here.”

Balde then concluded by stating that: “Now I will go to get some rest, tomorrow I expect a big day. We hope that it will be a great adventure with Inter.”

Keita Balde joined Monaco last summer after having been tracked by the Nerazzurri but instead opted to sign a five year deal with the Ligue 1 side costing them €30 million reportedly. However his stay with the Ligue 1 outfit did not go as planned despite representing the club 33 times across all competitions and scoring 8 goals in the process.
