Former Inter manager Alberto Zaccheroni believes Inter have had a 10/10 transfer window but reminds Interisti that manager Luciano Spalletti must now work out how to deal with the traditional collapse Inter always seem to have each season.
“I was in China and I know that Inter’s owners Suning are a colossus. I knew they would not be coming to Italy to just make a brief appearance. In fact, the transfer market for Inter was a 10/10,” Zaccheroni, who managed Inter during the 2003/04 season revealed in an interview with Il Mattino.
The 65-year-old coach, who is currently in charge of the United Arab Emirates national team continued, “Now Luciano Spalletti has to deal with chronic illness of the Nerazzurri: the ups and downs. Inter are able to do super things for 5 or 6 games in a row and then collapse without warning. If they can overcome these accidents, they will fight to the end to win the scudetto.”
