Inter midfielder Radja Nainggolan is at work to try and make himself available to manager Luciano Spalletti for Inter’s game this weekend with Torino, even if just from the bench according to a report from Sky Sport.

The Belgian midfielder has been kept out of action for over a month now due to a thigh injury sustained in the pre-season friendly against FC Sion and his condition will be evaluated on Wednesday.

The 30-year-old has been following a personalised training regime for the past few weeks to try and aid his recovery and was even in training on Monday despite the rest of his teammates having the day off after the defeat to Sassuolo on Sunday night.

Nainggolan was Inter’s first of seven summer signings and arrived at the club from fellow Serie A outfit Roma in a player plus cash deal that saw Davide Santon and Nicolo Zaniolo head to the Italian capital.
