Former Milan and Italian international goalkeeper Marco Amelia has came out in support of Inter goalkeeper Samir Handanovic following his error in the 2-2 draw with Torino last night.
“The mistakes are part of the game, those of a goalkeeper are simply more evident. And discussing Handanovic, as happened in the past, was and remains an absurdity. For me he is a complete and expert goalkeeper, and his career speaks for itself,” Amelia posted in response to comments made toward the Slovenian shot stopper to his official Twitter account.
