Italian journalist Riccardo Trevisani spoke on a number of Inter related topics following their 2-2 draw with Torino on Sunday night.

“The league is 38 games long and I still think that Inter is a big team but they have to find some balance. I did not understand the decision to change the defence from a four to a three nor the frantic choice to drop Lautaro Martinez. The physical and mental explosion in the second half is worrying.”

Trevisani then moved on to speak on Samir Handanovic whose blunders arguably cost Inter their 2-0 lead.

“Handanovic had a bad game. Only on the Playstation have I seen a goalkeeper going crazy and going in a random direction like he did for the first goal. His reaction to Meite’s shot wasn’t good either, yes it was deflected but it was a weak shot. His two mistakes determined the result.

He concluded the interview with Sky by speaking on Nainggolan, the defence and expectations he has for the Nerazzurri.

“Inter have had problems in the middle due to the absence of Nainggolan. In the future I think Inter will play with a defensive three.

“I expected a lot of things from Inter this year but not another psychosis, especially after Lazio-Inter. The transfer market did not bring the expected serenity.”
