Off the back of Inter’s poor start to the campaign wherein they have put just a single point on the board from a possible six from two games, Inter legend Riccardo Ferri has revealed what he thinks Luciano Spalletti must do in order to get Inter on the right track.
“You do not have to look for too many excuses or alibis. Speaking of there being a lack of mentality is a step back. When he arrived last year, Luciano Spalletti took a team without a logical thread and gave one to them, now it is up to him to find it again. They can do more calculations, the next game against Bologna must be won,” Ferri demanded in an interview with Corriere della Sera.
Ferri spent 13 years at Inter between 1981-1994 and was a mainstay in the successful Inter side of the late 1980s and early 1990s that won Serie A, a Supercoppa and two UEFA Cup’s.
