Fabio Capello believes Inter will have to bring their A-game from the word go upon their return to the Champions League following them learning their group stage fate that sees them grouped with Barcelona, Tottenham Hotspur and PSV Eindhoven.

“Inter really got the worst of it. [In order to be successful] It will have to be a great Inter, one that will put them in a good position to go forward as will it be important to have a good shape from the start,” Capello explained in an interview with Sky Sport Italia.

“Inter will have to find the right way to be competitive against teams already tested and ready in the competition.”

Capello also spoke on the draws of the other Italian sides, Juventus, Napoli and Roma.

“Napoli also got a difficult draw, Roma are one of the favourites to go through from their group, while Juve need to be wary of Valencia, as they are strong at home. Having said that, Juve seem superior to all their opponents in that group.”
