Inter’s marquee signing of the summer, Belgian midfielder Radja Nainggolan, scored the all important first goal on his debut for the Nerazzurri in what finished in a 3-0 win away against Bologna at the Stadio Renato Dall’Ara in the Serie A.
After the match the former Roma player stopped by Inter TV to answer questions from the fans sent in via the club’s Facebook page but began by giving his thoughts immediately after the match stating that: “I am happy for the three points today, we really needed the. We are still a bit behind the others, we have not started this season very well, but we can get back to great ways.”
Nainggolan then commented on the match itself stating that: “It is always like this for the big teams, the others close themselves up and try to steal points. After having unblocked them more space opened up. It was very important to win, we only had one point out of a possible six, now we are recovering.”
In conclusion Nainggolan was asked to comment on Inter’s Champions League group stage draw: “Last year I experienced beautiful moments, I can say that no-one is unbeatable. We need to work in the best way face them with our strengths.”
