Yann Karamoh has been praised for his ‘pace, power and dribbling ability’ by Bordeaux’s fitness coach after signing on a season-long loan for the French side.

Karamoh played just four minutes of football during Inter’s first two games of the season, coming on as a late substitute during the opening-day defeat to Sassuolo, and has been sent back to his native France for the 2018-19 campaign in the hope of guaranteeing him more game-time than he would have had playing for the Nerazzurri.

Eric Badouet, a member of the coaching staff at the Ligue 1 club, has endorsed the 20 year-old’s arrival by outlining the attacking qualities he will provide for them this season.

“Yann is a player with great pace, agility and dribbling ability,” he said on Thursday. “It’s always very interesting to have players of his calibre in your squad.

“Karamoh’s arrival completes our team and corresponds to the technical project we’re trying to carry out here. Pace, power and dribbling ability are very important qualities for a forward to have.”
