Former Inter defender Marco Materazzi has sent former Nerazzurri teammate Dejan Stankovic some well wishes as the Serbian midfielder celebrates his 40th birthday.

Taking to social media, the central defender posted, “Happy Birthday brother” as a caption to a photo of both him and Stankovic embracing during their Inter careers to his official Twitter profile.

The duo were teammates for seven years at San Siro and were part of one of the most successful periods the club has ever had.
