Roberto Gagliardini Likely To Start For Inter Against Parma

Roma-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport gives an update on the situation of the Nerazzurri players after international break in today’s paper edition of the newspaper.

According to the report “Milan Skriniar, Stefan De Vrij and Kwadwoh Asamoah all resumed full training yesterday and they are working towards Inter vs Parma, during training sessions at Appiano Gentile. The Dutch defender, De Vrij, has not accumulated the tiredness of international matches because he has been an unused substitute on the bench twice against Peru and France.”

The Inter players resume training in the morning and await the return of Mauro Icardi, Ivan Perisic, Marcelo Brozovic, SimeVrsaljko whose extent of injury suffered needs to be evaluated as well as Roberto Gagliardini. The former Atalanta midfielder should start in the match against Parma on Saturday at the San Siro, as he will not be eligible to play next Tuesday evening in the Champions League against Tottenham.

With this solution, Asamoah is likely to play as the left full-back like he did at the Dall’Ara in Bologna before the international break.
