Italian TV channel Sky Sport 24 gives an update ahead of Inter’s clash with Parma this afternoon at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza in Milano’s San Siro district, with kick-off scheduled for 15.00 CET.

According to the report: “At the beginning of the training session, Spalletti held a long video session to study the opponent, now the team is on the pitch and also Icardi is working as a group. Only at the end of the training session will we understand if Icardi will be the starting striker or if he will start on the bench.”

Tomorrw’s match begins a run of 7 games in the next 21 days for the Nerazzurri. Spalletti will have to choose how he implements the squad wisely to make sure everyone is as fit as possible and avoids any sort of injuries.

The upcoming schedule is as follows: 9/15 Parma, 9/18 Tottenham, 9/22 Sampdoria, 9/25 Fiorentina, 9/29 Cagliari, 10/3 PSV Eindhoven, 10/7 Spal.

Inter will only have either 3 or 4 days in between each match which could be a slight issue for some players. Spalletti and Inter must proceed with caution.
