Former Inter midfielder Geoffrey Kondogbia missed last nights opening group stage match in the Champions League due to an injury when his Valencia hosted Juventus in a match that ended in a 2-0 win for the Bianconeri.
The brother and agent of the former Inter man, Evans Kondogbia, was interviewed by Italian media outlet TMW about his brother’s experience in the Serie A with the Nerazzurri, an experience which in the past has not been described by the player in a very positive light.
His brother Kondogbia cooled those talks down stating that: “There was a lot of pressure, these are things that happen in football. It does not always work out but these are also things from which one learns things. He was happy to go to a big club like Inter and he was happy to wear the Inter shirt, now he is playing in the Champions League with Valencia and is happy for this.”
