Legendary Inter striker Evaristo Beccalossi was interviewed by Milano-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport where he analyzes the Nerazzurri’s form ahead of their away game tonight against Sampdoria.

Beccalossi began by analyzing Sampdoria stating that “Giampaolo has a very good team, but he also has a tough obstacle ahead of him because Inter are going to show up to the game with a very strong mentality. Their Champions League comeback could be the spark that lights everything up for Inter and gives them the extra motivation that they need.”

Beccalossi continued that: “The overall quality of Inter has risen this year and Spalletti has more options in many positions. He mainly plays with a single striker but has the versatility to change the formation depending on the situation. The greatest difficulty that Luciano Spalletti is going to face is deciding who his starters are going to be, but it necessary that they are in form and ready to play; players like Perisic, Brozovic, Nainggolan, and Icardi are the ones he needs.”
