Further details of Francesco Forte’s summer transfer from Inter to Belgian side Waasland-Beveren have been revealed by FCInterNews.it.

With many of their sales involving young players in the summer transfer window, the Nerazzurri included a buy back option but in Forte’s case, they opted against doing so. Instead, the Nerazzurri inserted a future sale clause which entitles them to up to 15% of the fee should the Jupiler Pro League side sell him on in the coming years.

Since arriving in Belgium, the 25-year-old striker has made eight appearances although he is still searching for his first goal for Freethiel Stadion club. Inter need not fear however about his lack of output with him under contract with them at least until the end of the 2020/21 season. This of course means there is plenty time for him to find his scoring boots and potentially earn Inter some more money down the line.
