After the report from Calciomercato.com, it has now been confirmed in French media that Inter are interested in signing Lucas Tousart, Lyon ‘s midfielder who was born in 1997, and who Piero Ausilio already knows a lot about. He is a defensive minded midfielder similar to that of Lucas Torreira and has already gained Champions League Experience with Lyon.
Despite only being 21 years old, Tousart has already made 65 appearances for Lyon since making his debut in December 2015 and he is also a current member of the France U-21 team.
According to the reports published by Le10Sport, the Nerazzurri club have made an enquiry for more information, testing the water ahead of the winter transfer window in January. It remains to be seen whether these first approaches by Inter will be followed up in the coming weeks, given that at the moment Tousart has a value of €35 Million and Inter may be unwilling to match these demands.
