There are many players who have worn both the Inter and Fiorentina colours. Among these is the well-known name of Sebastien Frey.
The former goalkeeper spoke to Radio24 about another goalkeeper, the one who now protects the nerazzurri goal posts, Samir Handanovic.
Handanovic has in fact often been criticised but the French former keeper has defended him: “Samir at Inter has had many seasons at a high level and obviously when his form drops off a bit this can become a problem, but he is always decisive.”
Frey then commented on the current state of the Tuscan team: “The formation set out by Pioli is certainly very beautiful to see, it is concrete and they are having an excellent championship so far, there is happiness in the homes of the Violas fans.
Sebastian Frey played for Inter between 1998 and 2001 before joining Fiorentina, initially on loan, in 2005 and stayed until 2011 when he left for Genoa.
