Beppe Baresi was interviewed by L’Unione Sarda and the Inter legend looks forward to the match against Cagliari tomorrow at San Siro.
He spoke about how the win against Fiorentina was very important and showed that Inter players showed character in the match and he outlined the 3 game win streak Inter currently are riding on and hope to use that momentum positively towards the match against Cagliari this weekend.
“On Tuesday Inter had a very important victory. They are back from three consecutive wins and are in shape, even with Fiorentina there was a test of character, with Cagliari it will certainly be a great challenge, they are experts and have a coach who knows how to avoid relegation.”
Baresi is also positive that Inter will be able to take the 3 points at home and continue their winning ways: “It will not be easy for the Rossoblù, obviously I hope Inter will take home the three points.”
