Inter coach Luciano Spalletti spoke exclusively to Sky Sport Italia after the official pre-match press conference ahead of tomorrow’s Serie A match at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza when the Nerazzurri host Cagliari.

The Nerazzurri coach was asked if the coming week was the moment of truth for his side stating that: “It is a very important week because it could put us back on track and allow us to have the teams that we have now lost sight of back within our sights. Therefore, we have to keep producing important results to get back within touching distance.”

Who will you support in Juventus vs Napoli?

“I do not want to go to war with the others, I have to work well for Inter. It is an important possibility for us to catch our dreams. It is clear that we will earn from others losing points.”

Will you make many changes as turnovers?

“In my opinion it is not correct, others will play but not because the others were starters. Playing every three days means you can not recharge your batteries well, then with the squad limitation imposed by UEFA and the injuries, we are short on personnel in some departments. So something will change, it is possible that Lautaro could start.”

Are you bitter after what Totti published in his book about you?

“I want to read the whole book, I just finished Zanetti’s, and now I’ll read Totti’s. I wont comment on the excerpts, then our fans want to hear about Inter, they want to see a strong reaction and for us to recover the ground lost. Aside from some bad language, I think the book is suitable for children too.”
