After having scored his first goal for the club to give the Nerazzurri the lead against Cagliari in the Serie A at home at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza in Milano’s San Siro district, Lautaro Martinez was interviewed by Italian Serie A broadcaster DAZN after the first half.

The former Racing Avellanada player was thrilled when asked about his goal stating that: “I am very happy, as I always say the group counts more than the individual. Now in the second half we have to begin in the same way we have now, pressing them and not allowing them to play.”

In conclusion Lautaro was asked if he wants to dedicate his goal to anyone in particular to which he replied: “I want to dedicate the goal to my family, to everyone who has come here tonight and to everyone who has made it possible for me to be here. It is a dream.”
