Former Inter and Cagliari winger Francesco Moriero spoke on tonight’s game between his two former employers and firstly discussed what kind of game he is expecting at San Siro.
“Inter have a quality team whereas Cagliari make themselves difficult to come up against. I am predicting a good game between them and Inter certainly can not afford to approach the game in the wrong manner,” he explained in an interview with TuttoMercatoWeb.
Moriero then spoke on his times with each of the clubs.
“I love Inter and Cagliari and I did well with both of them. Cagliari was my first team after Lecce and I have beautiful memories. Inter have remained in my heart, it’s something special and only those who have played with Inter can understand what it means.”
He concluded the interview by speaking on how Inter have started the season.
“Inter have a strange start and have a lot of work to do. The team has character and believes in themselves right to the end of the match. They must absolutely finish in the first four.”
