Inter Win Three In A Row In The Serie A For First Time Since December 2017

Ever since the already classic game against Tottenham, where Inter lived up to its nickname ‘Pazza Inter’ by coming back from a 0-1 deficit during the final minutes of the game, something has happened with the team and the poor performances from the start of the 2018/2019 season.

Last night’s victory against Cagliari, after goals from Argentinian striker Lautaro Martinez and Italian wonder boy Matteo Politano, marks the fourth win in a row in all competitions and the third consecutive win in the Serie A Luciano Spalletti’s team. This is the first time Inter win three Serie A matches on the trot since December of last year FcInternews report.

First win after the Tottenham game was against Sampdoria, thanks to a late goal by Marcelo Brozovic, then the hard fought victory against Fiorentina and finally the 2-0 win from yesterday against Cagliari. Five goals scored and only one conceded and this is the first time since December last year that the black-and-blues have three consecutive wins in the Serie A.
