Krzysztof Piatek’s sensational scoring run continued over the weekend for Genoa with him taking his tally for the season to 12 goals in all competitions. This form, according to a report from Corriere dello Sport has lead to two of Italy’s biggest clubs in Inter and Juventus sparking an interest in snapping him up.

The Poland international, who has enjoyed a spectacular rise in such a short time, only joined the Grifone in the summer for €4 million and Genoa are currently unwilling to put a price on him giving his phenomenal form. The Rome based newspaper’s report goes on to suggest that between €18-20 million could be a fair fee but if he keeps this up his price will only rise as will the number of interested clubs.

The 23-year-old’s eight Serie A strikes have made him the first debutant since the 1949/50 season to score that amount in the first six games of the league campaign.
