Condo: “Inter Were On The Brink Of Crisis But Things Have Radically Changed For Them”

Italian football pundit Paolo Condo has praised Inter for their turn around in the past two weeks where they have won all of their games in an interview with Gazzetta dello Sport.

“Two weeks ago, Inter was a team on the brink of crisis but in the space of fifteen days things have changed radically – and for the better – for the Nerazzurri. It was the win in Champions League match against Tottenham Hotspur that helped them to reverse the negative trend they were experiencing.”

Condo then spoke on the Champions League that Inter find themselves in alongside Barcelona, PSV Eindhoven and the aforementioned Tottenham.

“The second round of the Champions League gives a bit more of a clearer indication of what teams are like than in mid-September when the first round is. If Barcelona are to beat Tottenham and Inter are to do the same over PSV, the double header in the next two rounds could be the group winner deciding matches.”
