Ahead of tomorrow’s match between PSV Eindhoven and Inter, Gazzetta dello Sport have taken a look at Inter’s Dutch opposition.

PSV have won seven from seven in the Eredevisie, scoring some 26 goals in the process, three of which came in the 3-0 win over title rivals Ajax. While they did lose 4-0 against Barcelona on the opening day of the Champions League, they will certainly not be easy opponents for Luciano Spalletti’s men to come up against.

Having neutralised Harry Kane in their Champions League opening win over Tottenham Hotspur, Inter will now be tasked with stopping one of world football’s top prospects in Hirving Lozano.

The Milan based newspaper have also recalled Stefan de Vrij’s past experience against the reigning Dutch champions. While at Feyenoord, an 18-year-old de Vrij was part of the side that lost 10-0 at the hands of the Philips Stadion outfit. The bad memory will no doubt remain for him and he will almost certainly be out to secure revenge on the biggest stage.
