Inter’s Dutch international central defender Stefan de Vrij spoke exclusively to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia ahead of tonight’s group stage clash in the Champions League at the Philips Stadion against PSV Eindhoven, with kick-off scheduled for 21.00 CET.

The former Lazio man was in good spirits when asked about tonight’s opponents PSV stating that: “I have pleayed here 4-5 times before at this stadium, I know our opponent well. This is the country where I was born and raised and it is always nice to take to the pitch here.”

On that note de Vrij was asked if he had been in touch with friends and family since arriving to his native Holland for this match to which he replied: “I need many tickets [laughs] given that many friends and family members are coming to watch the match. The most important thing for us is to be ready when the match starts.”
