Costacurta: “Inter’s Perisic Is Extraordinary But Is Struggling At The Moment”

Former Milan defender Alessandro Costacurta spoke on Inter’s victory over PSV Eindhoven on Wednesday night and also gave this thoughts on some of the Nerazzurri’s players in an interview with Sky Sport.

“It seemed to me that there was a lot of Inter’s presence in the opposing team. Nainggolan’s goal? Asamoah took a shot at goal and then the action evolved and it led to the Belgian scoring the equaliser to make it 1-1

“Mauro Icardi scored a very important goal against Tottenham and did so again against PSV a game in which he played very well. A minute before Inter went behind, the Argentine played a beautiful ball to Vecino that almost resulted in a goal.

“The team are working well together but there is still a player who needs to express himself better. That player is Ivan Perisic. He is an extraordinary player but at this moment he is struggling.”
