Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia believe that Luciano Spalletti will make quite a few changes in tomorrow’s Serie A clash in Ferrara when SPAL host the Nerazzurri.

According to the report Spanish midfielder Borja Valero will start the match replacing the injured Marcelo Brozovic forming a central midfield partnership together with Uruguay international Matias Vecino.

Furthermore it is reported that Spalletti has decided to opt for Brazilian central defender Joao Miranda will play next to Milan Skriniar with Croatian full-back Sime Vrsaljko playing to the right in the defence. It is believed that de Vrij and Danilo D’Ambrosio will be rested as they both have been playing a lot recently.

Senegalese winger Keita Balde is expected to start on the right wing with Ivan Perisic on the left and Mauro Icardi up front.
