Inter and Milan are both interested in signing Torino midfielder Soualiho Meite according to a report from Il Messaggero.

The 24-year-old arrived at the Granata during the summer from principality club Monaco for just shy of €10 million and has impressed many with his performances since rocking up at the Stadio Olimpico Grande Torino and has even been tipped for a call-up to the French national team.

Meite, who is under contract in Turin through to the end of the 2022/23 season, has made nine appearances across all competitions this campaign and scored two goals, one of which came in the 2-2 draw with Inter at the end of August.

A defensive midfielder by trade, Meite, who has Ivorian origins, can also play as a traditional central midfielder and has showcased his ability this season particularly when it comes to being able to cover a lot of ground as well as his on the ball skills.
