Many national players are still waiting to return to their respective clubs, yet the anticipation for the Milan derby is already building. Among the many former footballers who have played in the derby in the past, Kaka has also given his opinion.
The Brazilian spoke to Milan TV about the upcoming challenge against Inter: “The derby is a very special match and the atmosphere during the game is unique, I was very lucky, because my first goal with Milan was against Inter, a header, which is not my best quality, then there were so many other memorable derbies, even in the Champions League.”
“It always means a lot and the derby gives you motivation. The coach does not have to do much to motivate the team, bragging rights in the city are at stake and this is already a great motivation in itself.”
And on the two Argentinian number Nines on Sunday evening Kaka concluded that: ” It’s Milan vs Inter, of course, they can decide the match at any time.”
