The agent of River Plate starlet Exequiel Palacios, Renato Corsi, was interviewed by Radio Genesis where he was asked to comment on the rumors concerning the future of his client.
Corsi was asked specifically about interest from Inter and AC Milan to which he replied: “They say that scouts from Inter and AC Milan are coming to see him on Monday, millions of intermediaries have called me but there is nothing concrete in these reports.”
Corsi underlined that Palacios will stay in Argentina to continue to develop before making any kind of move over to Europe stating that: “We will sit down to talk with River because they want to raise his redemption clause to €30 million. We have only had one conversation about this and we have not decided anything, we need to have a meeting.”
In conclusion Corsi stated that: “If any offer were to arrive we will sit down and study it and we will do everything we can so that he stays with River until June. I would like it very much that he stays at River.”
