Brazilian winger Malcom could be on his way out from Catalan giants FC Barcelona when the transfer window reopens in January according to Catalan tabloid Sport.

According to the report, Premier League outfit Tottenham Hotspur have prepared a mega cash offer for the Brazilian player who has struggled to make an impact since joining the Blaugrana this past summer from Ligue 1 outfit Bordeaux.

Spurs are reportedly preparing a €50 million offer to secure the services of a player who Inter were rumored to be courting this past summer but who chose Barcelona over Inter and Roma once the Spanish giants got involved.

Furthermore, Sport report that Spurs will face stiff competition from arch rivals Arsenal as well as Inter but that is very unlikely given that Malcom does not have an EU passport and the Nerazzurri have no more non-EU slots left in their squad. Also UEFA’s Financial Fair Play rules prevent the club from competing in a bidding war with Premier League outfit Tottenham and Arsenal for the aforementioned sums.
