In today’s paper edition of the newspaper, Milano based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport discusses Inter’s possible team selection for tonight’s highly anticipated derby against Milan at the San Siro.

According to the report: “Steven Zhang arrived at 19:30, half an hour before the scheduled team dinner. He did not want to miss a chance to watch and greet the team in Appiano. This could be his last non-presidential league game, so he encouraged the team before the derby along with Ausilio and Gardini.”

“Spalletti has called up 23 players including Vecino, who has completely recovered from his muscular problem. The Uruguayan is now a candidate for a starting spot, even though Gagliardini is currently ahead of him to start next to Brozovic. The other doubt will be regarding the right-back spot, where currently D’Ambrosio is ahead of Vrsaljko.”

Here is Gazzetta dello Sport’s predicted line up for Inter ahead of the derby:

Inter (4-2-3-1): Handanovic; D’Ambrosio, De Vrij, Skriniar, Asamoah; Gagliardini, Brozovic; Politano, Nainggolan, Perisic; Icardi.
